Summary

This position is located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

• •Assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of subordinate employees and holds them accountable for performance of assigned work.
• •Advises management of unresolved or anticipated problems and assist in developing policies and procedures for more effective operation.
• •Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs. Orders flowers, decorations, etc.
• •Coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons.
• •Draws up contracts making commitment for requested functions.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, education, and/or specialized training directly related to the duties to be performed. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Must have at least +6 months of experience operating catering software or systems. Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered for Standard and/or Highly Qualified for this position.
