SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Information Warfare Directorate; N2 of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT.

Duties

• •You will apply mastery-level experience in multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion to direct highly complex and ambiguous assignments.
• •You will serve as the command's expert on IW, identifying capability gaps against critical requirements and providing innovative solutions.
• •You will supervise the directorate’s daily operations and is responsible for the performance of a large, complex, and diverse workforce of over 100 personnel.
• •You will set strategic priorities and directs this multidisciplinary workforce through subordinate supervisors, assigning projects based on complexity and personnel capabilities.
• •You will be responsible for the organizational structure and long-range workforce planning of the directorate.
• •You will formulate innovative IW methods and collection plans to support target development and recommends improvements to existing national-level methodologies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing the operational employment and integration of multi-disciplinary intelligence and Information Warfare (IW) capabilities; managing the administration and execution of Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Security protocols; implementing cross-domain/data solutions, and administering contract execution and resourcing.
