Duties

• •Supervises, plans, and directs the work of branch Business Process Analysts (BPAs) as it relates to local and Enterprise system and functional support for the Order Fulfillment functions.
• •Reviews and implements Order Management Policy and Procedures.
• •Provides advice and discusses policy change/modifications and their impact on the system functions with higher authorities and management of other Directorates.
• •Provides end-user support for Enterprise Business Support (EBS) Order management systems and their interfaces within SAP.
• •Oversees the initiation, prioritization and implementation of Order Management System Change Requests (SCRs) and Service Tickets.
• •Generates written reports, studies and briefings for Senior Management on Order Management specific issues and topics.
• •Assists the Enterprise management in the development and measurement of Order Management specific metrics and objectives.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Managing ordering processes and their interrelationship with other process areas within Enterprise Business Support (EBS). Coordinating and implementing actions involving requirements determination or problem resolution. Utilizing, analyzing, developing, documenting, and evaluating complex functional system requirements. Identifying required system changes resulting from new processes, procedures or policy requirements. Analyzing the long-range impact of approved system changes and determining whether those system changes meet user requirements. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
