SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALSIT in the Production Resources Department (Code 900), Production Workforce Development and Resource Manager (900B), Consolidated Training Division (Code 900T), Nuclear Training Branch (Code 900T.4) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Duties

• •You will direct the planning, implementation, and administration of the Production Department Nuclear Training program..
• •You will participate with key level managers to define program goals.
• •You will ensure the final products are conducted within the frame work-approved process.
• •You will oversee and manage the implementation of Corporate Training plans.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience displaying extensive knowledge of shipyard trades and nuclear work practices. - Experience applying a thorough knowledge of instructional and educational techniques/practices. - Experience utilizing expert knowledge in organizing, directing, and evaluating the performance of a large group of Training Instructors. - Experience displaying a broad knowledge of the corporate and local training documents that outline the requirements for the qualification and training programs.
