Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist

Fortify our supply chain resilience by rigorously assessing, mitigating, and continually monitoring supplier risk while ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to quality standards

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Supporting the development and implementation of the SR2M framework, including tools, processes, and improved implementation of existing SRM requirements (e.g., supplier risk, performance).
• Managing supplier segmentation and SRM strategies within the region, contributing to tools and processes, supporting strategic initiatives, overseeing risk and performance management, and managing audits and related data.
• Training procurement teams on SR2M processes, monitoring implementation, and generating performance and compliance reports and dashboards
• Driving procurement sustainability through risk management, CO2 emissions reduction, inclusive procurement practices, and management of climate and ESG-related projects.

Are you a MATCH?

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a procurement role with an emphasis on contract and pricing negotiations.
• 3. In-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management principles, processes, and best practices.
