OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

DC Operational Reporting:

• •DSR – Daily Status Report
• •Stat Files (Hours and Throughput)
• •Total Scorecard Report
• •Productivity Reporting
• •Units, $$, UPH and CPH Reporting – Update Daily by Request of DC Management
• •Temp Trackers – Verify Temp Hours for Daily Reports

Labor Management Reporting and Data Integrity:

• •Responsible for reviewing, validating, scrubbing, and correcting Labor Management metrics and reports
• •Run control/validation reports and address any abnormalities, ensuring the integrity of the reporting, input, and outputs, and resend transactions as necessary using WMS
• •Work directly with the DC managers and supervisors to make any necessary adjustments and review teammate performance inquiries
• •Entering data, implementing processes to maintain accurate data, troubleshooting issues, and distributing daily
• •Complete clerical duties including the entry of manual time tracking documents such as scorecards and team sheets
• •Partner with supervisors and managers in training associates to complete manual time sheets (scorecards) in the most accurate way
• •Maintain accurate reporting files and records
• •Create shift events to meet scheduled building requirements (townhalls, fire drills, luncheons, etc.)
• •Maintains new hires, transfers, status changes, and terminations in labor management system

Adhoc Analysis / Request

• •Upon request, analysis using MS Excel to complete Adhoc analysis
• •Compile reports as requested by Senior Management
• •Provide Adhoc custom PAR historical data cube reporting for senior management or building leadership to meet requested reporting needs
• •Knowledge of Warehouse Management System used to troubleshoot while performing data validation tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-3 years of experience, including s pecialized training in Microsoft Access

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Workday and/or other Time & Attendance software

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

BOREAS/PMMS

Labor Management System (LMS)
