Job Description

We are looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure a competitive, flexible and reliable supply chain, in which supply is delivered on time and complete to our Airports customers.

Supply Execution Coordinator

You are the voice of the project within Supply Chain Organization for our Airport customers.. You manage a broad range of stakeholders and balance the needs and demands of the project to constraints of the supply chain. You’ll be supporting customer projects by supporting supply chain solutions that not only meet your stakeholders needs but also help bring about positive and structural change to the overall supply chain. The Supply Execution Coordinator reports to the Manger Supply Operations - Airports.

Your responsibilities include:

• •Managing the supply of a project
• •Liaison with various stakeholders
• •Act as the key point of contact for all supply related issues for a project
• •Inform project on unbalances of material status
• •Challenge scenario set up by Project Material Planner with the project
• •Facilitate scenario execution
• •Facilitate continuous improvement

Your profile

For this position, we require:

• •Degree in a Supply Chain related field of study
• •Working experience (min. 3+ years) in preferably supply chain environment
• •Excellent social and communication skills
• •Strong stakeholder management skills
• •Supply Chain, Project Management and/or international work experience are a plus
• •Drive to win, result and goal oriented with a hands-on mentality
• •Comfortable communicator in English

The Global Supply Chain organization plays a key role in the world-wide deliveries of products and services to Vanderlande solutions and consist of 3 Supply Chain Centers (SCC) in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Supply Execution Coordinator Europe is part of Airports domain within Vanderlande and is responsible for coordinating these Vanderlande projects within Supply Chain.
