• Summary
• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain intern to support daily purchasing, planning, and supply chain operations within the Motors BU. This internship provides hands-on experience working with procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier performance, and cross-functional business teams.

The ideal candidate will gain exposure to real-world supply chain processes and contribute to initiatives that support operational efficiency, supplier performance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• •Support non-inventory purchasing activities and maintain deliveries up to date
• •Support with vendor setup procedure
• •Participate in supplier performance tracking (OTD, LT, responsiveness)
• •Support cost and spend analysis for electronic components and PCBA
• •Help maintain and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and consumption trends
• •Assist in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) analysis (review demand vs supply)
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams)
• •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization
• •Assist with data collection, reporting, and supply chain metrics analysis
• •Support special projects and other supply chain initiatives as assigned

Competences

• •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Related field
• •Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (planning, purchasing, logistics)
• •Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• •Excellence in Excel
• •Strong communication skills in English
