  • Maintain playbooks, procedural manuals, status reports, and process documentation to support consistent execution.
  • Prepare research summaries and executive-ready presentations that support decision-making and reporting.
  • Partner with attorneys, procurement teams, and internal clients to support efficient and compliant contracting processes.

How will you do it?

  • Own your assigned matters with accuracy, accountability, and a strong sense of risk awareness.
  • Stay close to the work by understanding the commercial context behind each request and removing obstacles for internal partners.
  • Use clear, candid communication, strong documentation, and practical problem-solving to improve workflow every day.
  • Work as one team across Procurement, Legal, and the business, building trust through collaboration and balanced judgment.
  • Use Ariba, Onit, and shared process tools consistently to keep contract activity visible, organized, and moving forward.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments, multi-task, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and professional communication skills.
