Supply Chain Management Expert

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Expert responsible for ensuring product availability through effective supply planning, inventory management, purchase order follow-up, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is key to ensuring supply continuity, optimizing inventory, reducing operational risks, and contributing to service level, efficiency, and business profitability objectives.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• •Translate demand and supply strategies into executable supply plans that ensure product availability while balancing service, inventory, cost, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• •Develop, monitor, and continuously optimize supply plans across complex networks involving multiple products, sites, suppliers, markets, and regulatory requirements.
• •Identify, assess, and mitigate supply risks, including shortages, excess inventory, obsolescence, slow-moving stock, and supply disruptions.
• •Manage inventory performance and key supply chain KPIs, ensuring achievement of service, availability, inventory, and supply plan adherence targets.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners.
• •Support S&OP and S&OE processes through data-driven analysis, scenario planning, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• •Utilize SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems to manage material planning, inventory, procurement, order management, production, and master data activities.
• •Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools, including Excel, Power BI, and data visualization platforms, to improve supply chain visibility, traceability, and decision-making.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, automation, process simplification, waste reduction, data quality enhancement, and operational excellence.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and operational standards while maintaining effective management of batch-controlled and expiry date-sensitive products.

Essential requirements :

• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, key performance indicators, regulatory compliance, and products managed by batch and expiration date.
• •Strong experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, as well as advanced analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• •Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a continuous improvement mindset, strong adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in complex and dynamic environments.
• •Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with global teams, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and international business partners.
