A Day in the Life

The Endoscopy Operating Unit, part of Medtronic’s Medical Surgical Portfolio, develops minimally invasive technologies that support earlier diagnosis and treatment while improving patient outcomes. The Supply Chain function enables product availability and operational performance through integrated planning, inventory management, sourcing, manufacturing support, and logistics activities across the business. Based in Yokneam, this is an onsite leadership role with responsibility for managing supply chain operations and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.

• Lead a supply chain team responsible for planning, inventory management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination within the Endoscopy Operating Unit. This role oversees the development and execution of supply chain strategies, supports business growth initiatives, and drives operational performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Primary Responsibilities:

Lead supply chain planning and execution activities to support customer demand and business objectives

Develop and implement supply chain strategies addressing capacity, inventory, and network optimization

Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals and supervisors, including performance management and talent development

Support new product introductions, product launches, and business initiatives through effective planning and cross-functional coordination

Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive actions to improve service, inventory, and operational efficiency

Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve operational challenges

Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, drive decision-making, and improve operational performance

Establish and execute operational plans, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives across the function.

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics experience
• •Experience leading teams, including performance management, coaching, and employee development
• •Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing support
• •Experience developing and executing operational plans, projects, or process improvement initiatives
• •Experience analyzing operational data and driving business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• •Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, Finance, and Commercial teams
• •Experience supporting new product introductions, product transfers, or product lifecycle management
• •Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• •APICS Association for Supply Chain Management certification, including Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
