Supply Chain Planner (all genders) - PARIS - CDD

• About this role
• •Warehouse coordination: You are the main point of contact for day-to-day operations with the EU HUB warehouse, fostering a collaborative and efficient working relationship.
• •Order management: You oversee the preparation of customer orders and track shipments for a diverse client base — including 3PLs, agents, distributors and subsidiaries — and set priorities.
• •Delivery tracking: You coordinate order pickup with carriers (EU/non-EU) and track invoicing.
• •Customer service: You act as a key point of contact for customer service, ensuring responsive, high-quality support, and manage order discrepancies.
• •Cross-functional collaboration: You maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Demand Planning) to ensure smooth operational processes.
• •Inbound management: You coordinate deliveries with the US and China, freight forwarders, customs and the EU HUB warehouse, and monitor carrier invoicing.

• About you
• •Experience: At least 2 years of experience in supply planning and managing international shipments.
• •Proactive mindset: A forward-thinking, proactive approach to staying on top of emerging topics and challenges.
• •Language skills: Fluency in English and French required; German is a plus.
• •Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with finance, logistics and sales teams.
• •Performance- and improvement-oriented.
