Supply Chain Project Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Project Specialist with strong expertise in Customer Supply Chain planning and operations to lead strategic supply chain initiatives and business transformation projects.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between Customer Supply Chain operations and project execution, translating business challenges into structured improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, system enhancements, and operational excellence while strengthening overall supply chain performance and resilience.

What You Will Do

Lead Strategic Supply Chain Projects

• •Manage end-to-end supply chain projects, including system transformations, process improvements, and operational enhancements.
• •Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics using established project management methodologies.
• •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Turn Business Challenges into Solutions

• •Leverage your Customer Supply Chain expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
• •Translate customer requirements and operational challenges into clear project requirements and actionable solutions.
• •Use data and operational insights to recommend and implement process improvements.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

• •Act as the key liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Sales, and other business functions.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and project timelines.
• •Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Improve Systems and Processes

• •Partner with IT and system experts to enhance supply chain tools, planning systems, SAP solutions, and reporting platforms.
• •Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to standardize workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
• •Support continuous improvement efforts to increase supply chain agility, visibility, and performance.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain, Supply Chain Planning, or related supply chain functions.
• •Experience leading cross-functional projects, business transformation initiatives, or process improvement programs.
• •Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.

Skills & Competencies

• •Strong knowledge of Customer Supply Chain operations and planning processes.
• •Proven ability to manage projects and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• •Experience working with SAP, planning tools, reporting platforms, or other supply chain systems is an advantage.
• •Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
