Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (Evergreen)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (Evergreen) based in Brazil.

• This role provides expert remote support for mission-critical SAP applications within a global customer support environment.
• You will troubleshoot complex issues across SAP MM, WM, and eWM in highly configured and integrated SAP 4.x and ECC landscapes.
• The position combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on configuration, technical investigation, and solution development.
• You will work directly with customers to understand business needs, support change, and deliver reliable solutions.
• The role includes exposure to Brazilian and Mexican tax, regulatory, and localization requirements.
• You will also contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, diagnostic tools, and continuous improvements across the support organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a global virtual team are central to the role.
