Support Engineer, VIP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Engineer, VIP based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers using a large-scale WordPress platform. You will act as an escalation point for complex application and platform issues that require detailed investigation and strong engineering judgment. Working closely with support, customer success, and engineering teams, you will troubleshoot challenging problems and turn technical findings into clear, actionable guidance. Your work will span WordPress development, web technologies, performance, debugging, and platform reliability. You will also contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements to support processes and customer experience. As part of a global 24/7 support organization, you will work with customers and colleagues across regions while continuously deepening your technical expertise.
