SW Tool Developer - Python

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Tools developer with Python, who will participate in the development of software tools for development and validation of advanced driver assistance systems which are later used by our testing and system engineering teams.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• •Development of SW tools and utilities for development and validation of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• •Development of Generic Toolchain which Automates and controls large scale system validation tasks like data processing, data management, data storage, distributed reprocessing and KPI evaluation execution
• •Miscellaneous smaller libraries and scripts development
• •Cooperation on Software-In-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-In-Loop (HiL) solutions development
• •Collaboration with teams on other Valeo sites

LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Cybernetics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• •Advanced knowledge of Python
• •Knowledge of C/C++ is an advantage
• •Experience with DevOps is an advantage
• •Good command of technical English, both written and spoken
• •Strong sense of ownership, personal responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international engineering teams
• •Experience in automotive development, ADAS, or system validation is an advantage
