- Key Responsibilities
- Provide system support and assist with application/system deployment in an enterprise environment.
- Work with Windows and Linux operating systems, including basic commands and system settings.
- Troubleshoot basic system and application-related issues.
- Execute basic SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and support activities.
- Create, edit, and manage XML and JSON files as required.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and deployment activities.
- Follow standard processes for system support, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities when required.
- Requirements
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in system support, system engineering, deployment, or related roles.
- Graduate in Computer Science or a related field. (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science/Computers, B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science)
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems .
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux commands and system settings.
- Basic knowledge of SQL query writing and execution .
- Understanding of XML and JSON file creation and editing.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment is preferred.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment will be an advantage.
