System Implementations Manager (SIM)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a System Implementations Manager (SIM) based in Brazil.

This remote role leads the onboarding and implementation journey for new clients, guiding them from initial kickoff through successful go-live. You will combine project management, client relationship building, training, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure customers are fully prepared to use the platform effectively. The role involves coordinating implementation timelines, managing tasks and data requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering virtual system training. You will also collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing client value. This is a highly client-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, improving processes, and using technology to solve real-world challenges.
