Systems Administrator – Endpoint Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Administrator – Endpoint Management based in India.

This is a fully remote Systems Administration role focused on managing, securing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Windows-based client and internal IT environments. You will act as a technical escalation point for complex systems, endpoint, infrastructure, and security issues while helping maintain reliable IT services. The role combines hands-on systems administration with endpoint management, vulnerability remediation, automation, and cybersecurity operations. You will work closely with U.S.-based clients and technical teams, requiring strong English communication and a customer-focused approach. There is also an opportunity to improve operational efficiency through scripting, automation, and emerging technologies. The position operates within a 24/7 service environment and offers exposure to enterprise IT, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and managed services.
