The Systems Support Engineer is responsible for business development and execution support for projects in Japan in coordination with Global Systems Engineering organization.

This position reports to the Director -Global Systems and is part of the Food & Beverage (F&B) Business located in Japan and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• •provide technical leadership during system sales, project execution, commissioning, startup, and customer support activities.
• •acting as the bridge between customers in Japan and Global Systems engineering teams.
• •enable effective communication, successful project implementation, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting the continued growth of the Japan Systems business.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• •Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers in Japan and Pall F&B global engineering/project teams. Support technical discussions, application reviews, and solution development during the sales process.
• •Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical presentations. Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
• •Support installation, commissioning, startup, Functional Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and troubleshooting activities for process systems. Coordinate onsite activities between customers, contractors, service teams, and Pall execution resources. Assist in project planning, risk identification, and execution support throughout project lifecycles. Ensure timely resolution of technical and project execution issues.
• •Contribute to customer relationship development and expansion of Pall Systems business in Japan.
• •Capture lessons learned from commissioning and execution activities. Promote Danaher Business System principles within project execution and customer support ac
• •tivities.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• •Ability to travel 70 %, overnight, within Japan. Occasional overseas visits on need basis
• •Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess :

• •Experience with filtration, separation, process systems, brewery, beverage, or food manufacturing applications.
• •Experience leading or supporting commissioning and startup activities. Strong customer-facing and project coordination skills.
• •Familiarity with global matrix organizations and multinational project execution. Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
