Systems Test Engineer - Manual/Automation

As Systems Test Engineer - Manual/Automation you will be responsible for;

Execute and evaluate system-level manual testing across robotic platforms.

Develop tools and automation frameworks to reduce manual test execution.

Convert existing manual test cases into automated test suites.

Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend scalable solutions.

Collaborate with software, hardware, controls, and networking teams.

Support validation efforts across multiple integrated systems.

Analyze test results and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications;

5+ years of testing, quality engineering, or SDET experience.

Strong background in system-level testing and validation.

Experience converting manual testing processes into automation.

Strong Python programming skills.

Understanding of software, hardware, controls, and networking interactions.

Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications;

Robotics industry experience.

Experience with automated test infrastructure.

Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled testing tools.

Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, drives solutions independently, and is comfortable getting hands-on with both software and hardware from day one.

Salary Range: $90K-$130K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
