T32 Research Administrator (Finance and Accounting Analyst 2)

• This role supports the financial management and post-award administration of complex sponsored research and institutional training programs.
• You’ll oversee budgets, forecasting, expenditures, reconciliations, labor distributions, reporting, and compliance across designated research awards.
• The position focuses particularly on NIH Training, Fellowship, and Career Development mechanisms, including T, F, and K awards.
• You’ll work closely with principal investigators, faculty, administrators, finance teams, and research stakeholders to provide clear financial guidance.
• The role combines detailed grant administration with financial analysis, forecasting, compliance oversight, and operational problem-solving.
• You’ll also contribute to pre-award activities, process improvements, training, and strategic research administration initiatives.
• This is a collaborative role with a flexible telework arrangement and meaningful exposure to a complex academic research environment.
