Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand leadership hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and attract high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions through various channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future leadership roles.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leadership hiring.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in leadership and senior-level hiring within the IT sector.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
