Talent Acquisition Advisor

This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 Months and applicants must be able to speak Fluent Spanish & English

TK Maxx (part of TJX Europe) is opening stores across Spain, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our hiring journey.

What you'll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment across Spain, partnering with hiring managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire great talent.

You'll:

• •Support high-volume recruitment campaigns for our stores across Spain
• •Manage candidate applications and guide candidates through the hiring process
• •Coordinate interviews, hiring events and recruitment activities
• •Build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs
• •Create engaging recruitment content and support employer branding initiatives
• •Provide market insights and recruitment updates to stakeholders
• •Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experiences
• •Collaborate with colleagues across our European Talent Acquisition team

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

• •Is fluent in both Spanish and English
• •Has experience working with recruitment systems and candidate management tools
• •Enjoys building relationships and engaging with people
• •Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• •Has strong attention to detail
• •Takes ownership and looks for solutions
• •Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Experience supporting volume recruitment, hiring events or direct sourcing would be a bonus.
