Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager / Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and formulate target hiring strategies

Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding

Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience to build long-term talent relationships and reflect corporate brand values

Build proactive candidate pipelines and strategic talent pools for critical technical and business roles

Drive employer branding initiatives through online networks, industry events, and recruitment marketing campaigns

Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously optimize sourcing efficiency and hiring velocity

Oversee offer management and salary negotiations in alignment with market intelligence and budget guidelines

Maintain high standards of data integrity across ATS and recruitment reporting dashboards

• •8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within tech or fast-paced regional environments
• •Proven track record of managing regional stakeholders across APAC (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, ANZ, HK)

Expertise in advanced sourcing methods (Boolean logic, talent mapping, and social recruiting)

Strong understanding of technology domain, engineering role profiles, and modern tech stacks

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Google Suite
