About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and looking to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions .

You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand requirements, source relevant candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements and prepare/modify job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels .
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers/ATS.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to track interview feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Support offer rollouts, negotiation discussions, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant talent markets, sourcing channels, and recruitment trends.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
  • Fresher’s with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace .
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms will be an added advantage.
