The Role
At IEQ Capital, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding exceptional people to our team. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the firm’s hiring efforts by sourcing, identifying, and managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruiting experience who has experience sourcing candidates and running full-cycle recruiting processes. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers across the firm to build strong candidate pipelines. Experience recruiting within financial services or wealth management is a strong plus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through offer stage
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, universities, and external partners
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and interviews
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a strong candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation in the ATS
Track and compile recruiting data to support hiring decisions and process improvements
Support recruiting events, internship programs, and university partnerships
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and proactively sourcing candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proficiency sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and university connections
Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring managers
Experience recruiting within financial services, asset management, or wealth management is a strong plus
Compensation
The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience.
