Roles & Responsibilities

• •Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and various recruitment channels.
• •Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• •Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication and suitability.
• •Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• •Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• •Assist the HR team in day-to-day hiring operations.
• •Learn and implement end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements

• •Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• •Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• •Basic understanding of recruitment (training will be provided).
• •Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• •Genuine interest in building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
