Talent Acquisition Manager

• This role combines talent acquisition leadership with hands-on ownership of the recruiting technology ecosystem.
• You will lead and develop a team of recruiters while shaping scalable hiring strategies across a distributed workforce.
• A major focus will be building and optimizing the ATS, including pipelines, CRM workflows, scorecards, approvals, reporting, and integrations.
• You will also personally lead senior and executive-level searches, partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers.
• The position offers an opportunity to establish consistent, data-driven recruiting processes that can scale with organizational growth.
