Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations & Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations & Enablement based in India.

• This is a hands-on leadership role within a global Talent Acquisition organization, combining people management, recruiting operations, and strategic enablement.
• You’ll lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while remaining actively involved in selected high-priority searches.
• The role gives you ownership of the strategy, processes, and systems that shape interview coordination and the hiring experience.
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage AI, automation, and modern recruiting technology to increase efficiency.
• Working closely with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders, you’ll help implement changes with organization-wide impact.
• You’ll also contribute to broader talent strategy, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting operations initiatives.
