Job Description:
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner, Enterprise Functions is responsible for supporting the attraction, assessment, and hiring of talent across Enterprise Functions. Working under close supervision, this role manages full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions while delivering a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
The Talent Acquisition Partner partners with business leaders, HR colleagues, and fellow Talent Acquisition team members to execute talent acquisition strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs. This role applies recruiting best practices, leverages talent market insights, and utilizes recruiting technologies to support hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and talent needs.
- Develop candidate pipelines using internal and external sourcing channels.
- Identify, engage, and assess qualified candidates aligned to business requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of candidates through recruiting workflows and systems.
- Support workforce planning discussions by providing talent market insights and recruiting updates.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
- Provide guidance on recruiting processes, candidate assessment practices, and talent availability.
- Support Recruitment Strategy Meetings and contribute meaningful insights to recruitment plans.
- Escalate recruiting challenges, risks, or compliance concerns to leadership as appropriate.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Represent Johnson & Johnson professionally and consistently in all candidate interactions.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across Enterprise Functions.
Talent Pipelining & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill areas.
- Research labor market trends and competitor talent landscapes to support recruiting strategies.
- Maintain talent communities and nurture relationships with potential future candidates.
Data, Technology & Operational Excellence
- Utilize recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, and talent acquisition systems to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and support reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson policies, recruitment standards, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information.
- Support fair, consistent, and unbiased hiring practices.
- Adhere to local, state, federal, and company requirements related to employment and recruiting activities.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- 0-3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting, or related areas.
- Experience supporting recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or HR operations is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition principles and full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
