Talent Acquisition Partner – (Contract)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (6 Months)

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a dual-scope role across campus/internship hiring and lateral (experienced) hiring, while also acting as the TA coordination point for Singapore and New Zealand, including offer letter release, and providing broader support across APAC Talent Acquisition as needed. This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 8 months. This individual acts as a bridge between HR leadership, People Services, and the HR-COE, partnering with business stakeholders to attract and secure the diverse talent required to drive Pratt & Whitney's mission of Transforming Aviation.

As a versatile recruiting generalist, you will balance a high-performance recruiting desk with hands-on TA coordination duties, including offer administration, process execution, and cross-market support, ensuring both strategic hiring and operational continuity across APAC.

What You Will Do

Campus & Internship Hiring: Lead early-career recruitment, including internship programs, campus outreach, and IHL/institutional partnerships, ensuring strong alignment between campus pipelines and long-term workforce planning.

Lateral Hiring: Manage full-cycle lateral (experienced-hire) recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, from individual contributors to senior professional positions, spanning Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

TA Coordination (Singapore & New Zealand): Act as the TA coordinator for offer administration in both markets, including releasing offer letters, tracking candidate documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in every offer issued.

APAC-Wide Support: Provide flexible, on-demand support to the broader APAC TA team wherever capacity gaps arise, covering sourcing, screening, scheduling, or coordination across markets as priorities shift.

Sourcing & Pipeline Design: Develop sourcing strategies that leverage data, professional networks, and institutional partnerships to identify talent across both early-career and lateral pipelines.

Business Partnership: Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and HR partners, providing market intelligence and talent availability data to support hiring decisions.

Process Excellence: Maintain data integrity within Workday and use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health) to support continuous improvement.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers, acting as a brand ambassador for RTX/Pratt & Whitney at career fairs and networking engagements.

Qualifications You Must Have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience spanning both campus/early-career and lateral hiring (corporate or agency), ideally within manufacturing, aerospace, or complex engineering environments.

Scope: Demonstrated ability to manage a dual-scope desk, campus/internship pipelines alongside lateral hiring, with hands-on TA coordination experience (offer letter processing, documentation, compliance).

Multi-Market Flexibility: Comfortable supporting recruitment activity across multiple APAC markets (Singapore, New Zealand, and wider APAC) and adapting to shifting priorities.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities across hiring streams and markets.

Qualifications We Prefer

Technical Savvy: Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar enterprise-level ATS/CRM tools.

Technical Recruitment: Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent in a niche or competitive market.

Data Fluency: Ability to translate recruitment data into insights for business reviews.
