Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator

• This fully remote contract role supports the coordination and smooth execution of recruitment activities for a large technology organization.
• You’ll manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and essential hiring documentation throughout the recruiting process.
• The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple processes moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ll work closely with candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience at every stage.
• Confidentiality and accuracy will be critical when handling candidate information, offers, resumes, and other sensitive materials.
• You’ll also contribute ideas and improvements that help make recruiting processes more consistent and efficient.
