Role

You will support end-to-end recruiting for ActAI’s product, engineering, and business roles.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice.

What you will be doing

Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.

Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.

Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.

Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.

What you will need

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles
  • (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.

(Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, curiosity, and execution matter more.)

Work closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers.

Hands-on ownership and real responsibility from day one.
