As Talent Coordinator, you will help build the operating foundation for a modern, AI-forward Talent Solutions team. You'll bring structure to the systems, processes, and experiences that help R365 attract great talent, move quickly, and scale with confidence. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development while exploring new ways to use AI and modern tools to improve how we work.

This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, anticipating needs, and helping others work more effectively. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, employees, and cross-functional partners. Your reliability, judgment, and attention to detail will directly influence the experience people have with R365—and help raise the bar for how Talent Solutions operates.
