Job Description:

Practicante Talento

Objetivo de la posición: Apoyar en la ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos y procesos clave del área de Talento, contribuyendo a iniciativas de desarrollo y cultura.

Funciones:

• •Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los indicadores clave del área.
• •Asesoría a los equipos de RH en el uso de plataformas como LinkedIn Learning, Open English.
• •Gestionar pagos a proveedores relacionados con desarrollo y cultura.
• •Creación de materiales y recursos para los procesos del área.
• •Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las capacitaciones del área.

Carreras: Comunicación, Psicología Organizacional, LAE.

Competencias de liderazgo y gestión: Accountability, agilidad de aprendizaje, organización y ejecución, comunicación efectiva.

Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de Excel y Power Point, (básico – intermedio), Canva, SAP (deseable).

Inglés: B2 (Intermedio - avanzado)
