Direct Tax Analyst

• This position involves preparing accurate tax returns, developing tax-saving strategies, and ensuring timely
• payments. The Tax Accountant collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to support audits,
• minimize risks, and align the organization's financial strategies with tax requirements.

• Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
• •Working on Corporate Income Tax matters with the third-party tax consultants including filing
• of tax returns and finalization of Audits, Accounts, Documentation and MIS Reporting for US and
• international geographies
• •Supervising all US and International tax compliance and submissions covering Corporate Tax,
• and withholding taxes
• •Coordinate with the internal teams to gather information related to the quarterly and annual tax
• provisions
• •Support Internal and External audits
• •Performs research activities on tax issue and have informed discussion with the tax consultant
• and advice the internal teams
• •Good understanding of the applications on the NOLs for both state and federal taxes including
• NOLs for acquired entities (M&A transactions)
• •Updates asset depreciation schedules for clients on a monthly to quarterly basis.

• Qualifications
• •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• •Proven experience in tax accounting, compliance, and tax return preparation for US
• Companies
• •Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• •Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
