Partner with department leadership to enhance processes, translate tax data into actionable insights and help drive success across our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

• •Lead and develop a team of analysts, responsible for analyzing tax data to identify trends, improve reporting and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.
• •Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support.
• •Review team reporting and analyses to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.
• •Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• •Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• •2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• •Proficient in SQL and Excel. Knowledge in Power BI a plus.
• •Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
