Tax Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tax Manager based in South Africa.

• This is a senior tax role within a growing fintech environment, with responsibility for group-wide tax compliance, reporting, and risk management.
• You will work across multiple jurisdictions, including African, UK, and European markets, helping ensure accurate and timely tax obligations.
• The role combines hands-on tax operations with strategic advisory work supporting products, transactions, entities, and market expansion.
• You will partner closely with finance, legal, compliance, auditors, and external advisers to address complex tax matters.
• A key focus will be strengthening controls, improving reporting quality, and developing scalable tax processes.
• You will also lead tax projects, audits, transfer pricing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
