Tax Processing Specialist

This full-time remote role is focused on managing high-volume sales and use tax compliance for complex client accounts. You will prepare hundreds of tax returns each month while applying strong compliance knowledge and independent professional judgment. The position combines tax processing, client onboarding, data validation, reporting, and issue resolution within a deadline-driven environment. You will also build trusted client relationships by providing proactive support and responding to tax filing, payment, and notice-related questions. The role offers opportunities to use automation and data-processing technologies to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. You will also contribute to team development by mentoring junior colleagues and participating in process improvement initiatives.
