DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as individual and experience our culture of care.

Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:

JOB DESCRIPTION

You'll work alongside experienced leaders and subject matter experts while contributing to initiatives that help shape how Governance & Control operates today and evolves for the future.

During your internship, you'll build practical experience in:

  • Strategic planning and business transformation
  • AI, automation, and emerging technology
  • Data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Process improvement and operating model design
  • Executive communications and storytelling
  • Culture, engagement, and colleague experience initiatives
  • Governance, risk, and control practices within a large financial institution

You'll also develop valuable skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, data visualization, change management, and executive presentation development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Communication, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business, or related degree program.

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence January 4th 2027 to April 23rd 2027
