The role

As part of our expanding transport infrastructure portfolio, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals for the position of Team Leader on a major road and bridge supervision assignment in Georgia. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership to the supervision team, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery of the project in accordance with international standards and contractual requirements.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• •Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in transport infrastructure projects.
• •At least 10 years of experience in senior project leadership, project management, or team leadership roles on major infrastructure assignments.
• •PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• •Extensive experience in the planning, management, and delivery of major road and transport infrastructure projects.
• •At least 10 years of international project experience, preferably across multiple countries.
• •Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale highway, expressway, bridge, and transport infrastructure projects.
• •Experience working under FIDIC-based contracts and international engineering standards.
• •Previous experience on ADB, World Bank, EBRD, AIIB or other MDB-funded infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• •Prior experience in Central Asia and/or the Caucasus region is strongly preferred.
• •Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and client management capabilities.
• •Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
