Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• - Design and deliver programs to attract and retain talent for a fast-growing business Partner with the L&D team to build talent at scale Partner with the CO Os office to transform candidate and employee experience for the integrated One Data organization work with key stakeholders for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, Performance Management, and strategic HR interventions.
• - Bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to solve for talent challenges develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
• - Partner with leadership to provide guidance and support on HR initiatives;
• - Lead and manage HR projects and programs;
• - Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues;
• - Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives;
• - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization;
• - Provide HR expertise and advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and performance management;
• - Analyze HR metrics and data to improve HR processes and practices;
• - Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws;
• - Develop and mentor HR team members to build a high-performing HR function.
