Tech Capabilities Intern - January 2027 - Paris

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Tech Capabilities Intern for 6 months from January 5th to June 30th, 2027. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Part of the Global Tech - C3 Capabilities team @Pernod Ricard, the Customer - Sales Execution capability is dedicated to accelerating growth by supporting the development and maintenance of tech apps & products dedicated to Sales force automation, Sales Excellence, and AI-recommended Sales Actions across more than 70 countries.

Job scope:

In direct relation with Customer Tech Product Owners, Business Analysts, and associated delivery squads (developers, testers, data scientists, data engineers, sales champion users), this internship will be focused on supporting the TECH Product Management team in weekly tasks, as well as coordinating and communicating among the various Tech teams involved in product development and maintenance.

Role & responsabilities:

· Help on project coordination and management with internal and external Tech stakeholders (delivery squads, developers, testers, data scientists, data engineers).

· Support in weekly activities: delivery planning, service management, and product incident management.

· Contribute to the communication on delivery progress, main deliverables, and achievements within Tech.

· Support in coordinating among several Tech teams, creating & following delivery plans, controlling progress, and reporting.

· Understand & support the formalization of business needs via business specifications, converting them into Tech formal requirements.

· Understand & support the assessment of business needs and development workload.

· Contribute to tech product delivery tests (User Acceptance Tests) and provide test reports.

· Contribute to tech product documentation and manage demands & requests via ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).

Qualifications:

Master 1 or 2 level of Business / Science & Engineering.

Languages: • Business English required (French is a +)

Skills:

Technical & Functional: Solid awareness in Product Agile Management, capacity to formalize business requirements into tech specifications, perform User Acceptance Tests, and understand Sales / Digital ecosystems.

IT: Excellent knowledge of complete Pack Office, multi-messaging tools (e-mail, chats, channels, ticket requests like JIRA & ServiceNow), and tech/data platforms (Data & AI, ERP, SaaS, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, Retool).

Soft skills: Proactivity, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, capacity to adapt and integrate transversal teams, organization, rigor, autonomy, and willingness to learn & discover Sales Tech.

Job Perimeter:

· Main stakeholders: Customer Tech Product Owners, Business Analysts, delivery squads (Developers, Testers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers), Tech Experts, and Sales Champions users.

· Professional travels: Very limited, local and occasional.

· Location: To be based in Paris (The Island HQ, 14 24 Rue de la Baume, 75008 Paris).
