Your role:

Lead the design and development of frontend applications using React and TypeScript.Define and promote architecture standards, code quality practices, and development best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to both junior and senior developers.Guide technology decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.Promote a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and modernization strategies.

Your profile:

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• •.7+ years of experience in Frontend Development
• •.5+ years of experience working with React and TypeScript.
• •2+ years of experience in Technical Leadership or Tech Lead roles.
• •Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• •Experience designing scalable enterprise frontend architectures.
