Job Description

• •Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities;
• •Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements;
• •Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
• •Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance;
• •Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements;
• •Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices;
• •Monitor and report on testing progress and escalate issues as needed.
