• The Technical Account Specialist serves as a frontline technical support resource for customers, physicians, nurses, and end users in a healthcare technology environment.
• You’ll help resolve issues that can interrupt the prescribing workflow, enabling clinicians to spend more time focused on patient care.
• The role combines technical troubleshooting, customer communication, case management, and account coordination.
• You’ll investigate issues, identify appropriate solutions, and escalate complex cases when additional expertise is required.
• Success requires empathy, precision, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• You’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams while working independently in a remote-first environment.
