Ubicación: Argentina

Requisitos principales • 8+ años en Agile Delivery, Coaching, Transformación o Change Management.

• Experiencia en SDLC y entornos de desarrollo de productos de software.

• Liderazgo de transformaciones Agile y coaching de líderes y equipos.

• Conocimientos sólidos de Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean y Flow Metrics.

• Experiencia con Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira u otras plataformas de reporting.

• Capacidad para analizar métricas, identificar mejoras e influir en la toma de decisiones.

• Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders ejecutivos.

• Conocimiento de la industria financiera.

• Nivel de Ingles avanzado (C1/C2)

Valorado

• Certificaciones Agile Coaching, Scrum, SAFe, Lean o Kanban.

• Experiencia con OKRs, Value Stream Management y Flow Framework.

• Diseño de dashboards y métricas ejecutivas en Power BI.

• Participación en programas de transformación a escala.
