What You’ll Do

· Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Contracts & Chargebacks capabilities, aligning business process design with enterprise technology strategy.

· Define future-state architecture and integration patterns across SAP Vistex V4, S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP FI, and adjacent platforms.

· Partner with business leaders to assess current-state challenges, identify opportunities, and build practical transformation roadmaps.

· Develop and present business cases, including value drivers, tradeoffs, cost considerations, and implementation impact.

· Lead architecture decisions for large transformation programs, ensuring scalability, compliance, resilience, and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to translate requirements into solution designs and actionable delivery plans.

· Evaluate emerging capabilities in AI and cloud technologies to improve automation, insights, and process performance.

· Support governance, design reviews, and continuous improvement by creating clear architecture artifacts, decision materials, and reusable standards.

Basic Requirements

· 4+ years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, SAP architecture, or closely related roles.

· Hands-on experience with Contracts & Chargebacks process and technology.

· Experience in solution architecture for enterprise systems and cross-functional process design.

· Strong analytical skills with deep experience developing business cases and evaluating solution tradeoffs.

· Experience leading or shaping large transformation initiatives.

· Experience with SAP Vistex V4, Contracts & Chargebacks, SAP S/4HANA, and integration with SAP SD/FI.

· Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills/Experience

· Consulting experience in business process transformation, operating model design, and/or strategy.

· Experience with AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation in enterprise environments.

· Experience with cloud technologies and modern integration patterns across hybrid ecosystems.

· Background in regulated, large-scale, or highly matrixed enterprise environments.

· Familiarity with governance, architecture standards, and change management for enterprise transformation programs.

· Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading workshops, assessments, or roadmap sessions.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
