Technical Data Quality Specialist (On-site)

Your role

We are looking for a Technical Data Quality Specialist with hands-on experience in Python, SQL and Databricks . You will implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure trusted data for reporting, decision-making and AI solutions.

Your tasks

• •Implement and automate data quality checks using Python and SQL.
• •Analyse data and investigate data quality issues in Databricks.
• •Define data quality rules, controls and KPIs.
• •Produce data quality reports and dashboards.
• •Work with business and technical teams to resolve identified issues.

Your profile

• •3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Data Governance or MDM.
• •Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• •Practical knowledge of Databricks or a similar data platform.
• •Experience with data validation, root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• •Understanding of data quality frameworks and controls.
• •Fluent English.
• •Based in Poland and available to work full-time on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Nice to Have

• •SAP MDG experience.
• •Experience in large-scale data transformation programmes.
• •Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.
